| Oyster Creek Farm has grown Shiitake mushrooms since 1989. We grow Shiitake in the traditional oak log method. We also offer fresh wild mushrooms from Maine as their season allow; Porcini, Oyster, Chanterelle, Black Trumpet, Hen and Chicken of the Wood, Morel are just a few. We also offer dried mushrooms, mushroom powders, flavored oils and gift boxes. European flavors from the coast of Maine. |
