We produce aged and fresh cheese made from unpasteurized and pasteurized all natural milk. The hard, semi hard and blue cheeses are made by hand in small batches and come to full flavor in an aging cellar. The conditions of ripening and the care of the cheese during aging produce beautiful natural rinds characteristic of artisan cheese. We also produce an aged Feta, Queso Fresco, Mozzarella, and several Camembert/Brie style cheeses. During the summer our selections change weekly so it’s always a good idea to stop by and see what’s new!
