            I submit this form in application for membership to the Camden Farmers Market Association. This membership entitles me to rent stall space at the market and to participate in and vote on all Association affairs. Membership shall be open to all without regard to race, creed, color, sex or age. The membership of the market reserves the right to accept new members by majority vote. Payment for the rental of one 12‑foot parking space shall be determined prior to the start of each marketing season. Dues will be determined annually upon budget approval.

PLEASE NOTE: All products sold at the market by this applicant must be grown on their farm or produced in their facilities.

Any exceptions to this must be approved by the market each year.

The Camden Farmers Market Association requires you to carry adequate liability insurance and any state licenses pertaining to your product. Please attach copies of these and submit with this application. New member applications, please include $5.00 processing fee.
